Our Green Guarantee: We stand by our products just like we stand by our plants. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they’re in original condition.
Our Returns & Exchanges Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To begin the process, please email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Within 2 business days, our team will send you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (including return address)
- Any special packaging requirements
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed (for returns)
- Your exchange item has been shipped (for exchanges)
Refund Information
Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the original product. Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our gardening enthusiasts, we cannot accept returns of:
- Organic Seeds: Due to their perishable nature and potential for contamination
- Flowering Bulbs: Once planted, these cannot be resold
- Used Grow Bags: For hygiene reasons
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Including special size garden beds or planters
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gardening supplies arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
